Star Crossed Lovers is a book which combines two different texts, experimenting with the relationships between typographic form and verbal meaning.
The texts I selected are William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and the novelization for George Lucas's film Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones.  I wanted to focus on how prevalent the forbidden love trope within modern popular culture, by comparing a modern story to what many consider to be the original that will stand the test of time
